We want to make documents accessible to everyone, including those with sight impairment who rely upon specialised software. Therefore, any document available at a church leadership meeting or congregational meeting must be available in PDF, Word, or Excel. If they are in Google formats, they also need to be offered as PDFs. Google docs and sheets can be converted with a modified URL:
