Why Does This Matter?

Although behind the scenes, the Friday Setup Team are an essential part of the Sunday Gathering running smoothly.

What is Involved?

One member of the team is scheduled for each Sunday. You can come in on Friday or Saturday at a time that suits you. Liaise with the Admin Team to determine whether the Auditorium will be used on Friday Night or Saturday. This will effect some details of how you set up. The talk outline will be completed by 9:30 a.m. Friday. 

Auditorium inspection and set up

Chairs inside the yellow lines
Mats for children in correct places
Lectern, 2 stools and stage plants on top stage
Tables in cafe area packed away, TVs in place
Dustbuster charging in the kitchen. Dustpan and broom on backdoor of kitchen
(Refer to the SetUp Guide. Auditorium Setup Guide. Let Anna know if users are not leaving the room as it should be.)


Handouts and Bibles

If the Auditorium is in use on Friday or Saturday leave printed bulletins in the Aquarium. Arrange for someone on Sunday morning to complete the setup before 10am. Put a pile of 50 Bibles and 50 handouts on a table in the cafe area. Put a pile of 20 Bibles and 20 handouts on a table in the Mezz area

If the Auditorium is not in use on Friday or Saturday. Then prior to Sunday: 
Put 50 Bibles spaced out on the seats downstairs, with a handout inside each Bible and pen on the seat. Put a pile of 20 Bibles and 20 handouts on a table in the Mezz area

Lord's Supper supplies

(buy from Coles as necessary)
Place on the kitchen bench on the Sunday we have Lord’s Supper:

grape juice (500ml)
5 packs of crackers
4 hand sanitisers

Order office supplies and restock when delivered

Order first aid supplies and restock when delivered

Set up Aircon schedule as requested by Anna.
