Join us each week for a 20 minute mindfulness session that can contribute to personal renewal and refreshment, run by Jenny Brown, MSc. PhD. It draws from de-stressing techniques and a meditation on the ancient book of Psalms in the Bible.
Please note: This is about relaxation skills for busy people from all walks of life. This is not a treatment program for any mental health symptoms. It does not intend to replace a person’s professional treatment path in addressing emotional health issues. Your primary care
provider/GP can advise on the treatment pathways for mental health.
